CEREVITY is a nationwide private-pay concierge network of independent licensed clinicians. Our current roster is fully subscribed, and we are not actively onboarding at this time.

We continue to accept applications on a rolling basis and keep qualified candidates on file. When client demand requires additional coverage in your license type or state, we will reach out directly to schedule a conversation.
