Therapy that moves with a travel schedule

September 1, 2026

I travel for work four days a week. My therapist works around that schedule without making it a production. I’ve done sessions from airports, hotel rooms, and once from a rental car in a Denver parking lot. Never missed one. The flexibility of this telehealth therapy for high-travel professionals is unmatched, and the clinical quality does not drop because the format is virtual. Private-pay care that actually fits a demanding travel schedule is rare. Most platforms talk about flexibility. This one delivers it.

Specialization changes everything

The specialization makes a real difference. First time I’ve felt truly understood by someone who already works with high-achieving professionals.

We brought this model to the rest of the leadership team

August 18, 2026

After I experienced what consistent specialized care did for my own judgment, emotional regulation, and available bandwidth, I started examining how we support the rest of the senior team. Most executive mental health benefits fail because of confidentiality gaps, poor matching, or schedules that only work for people with ordinary calendars. The private-pay, clinician-matched, no-insurance model solved those problems directly.

Several members of our leadership team now use the same network. Some stay with weekly 50-minute sessions. Others book 90-minute or 3-hour blocks when the material requires more continuous depth. The organizational impact is quieter than most corporate wellness programs and far more substantive. Decision quality has improved. Reactivity has dropped. People actually protect the time because the care fits how senior operators actually work. For a leadership group that cannot afford performative solutions, this has been one of the more practical and durable investments we have made in executive mental health support.

Finally told someone the truth

August 18, 2026

As a physician, everyone assumes you have it together. This was the first space where I didn’t have to perform. I could be honest about how hard things actually were after years of smiling through rounds and going home to stare at the ceiling. Specialized therapy for physicians that didn’t require me to explain the culture changed both my career and my personal life. Private-pay online therapy that understands medical burnout is rare.

Would not work with someone living overseas

August 14, 2026

I live in London and reached out because I liked the idea of specialized therapy for executives. They immediately told me they only accept clients who are physically in the United States during sessions. No flexibility at all. In 2026 an online therapy service should be able to work internationally. Completely inflexible and not useful for anyone who travels or lives abroad.

Before you write

Your review publishes under the name you enter, so most clients use a first name and a last initial. You do not need to name your clinician, name a diagnosis, or include any clinical detail for a review to be useful to the next person reading it, and we would rather you did not.

What you submit is your own account of your own care. We publish it as written, we do not edit it, and we do not add to it.

Change your mind later and it comes down. Write to us through the contact page and we remove it, no reason needed. Our full confidentiality posture is in the Notice of Privacy Practices and the Privacy Policy.
