Terms of Service
The terms governing your use of CEREVITY's website and services. Please read carefully — using our site or scheduling services means you agree to these terms.
In Plain English
These Terms govern your relationship with CEREVITY Health, Inc. when you use our website or schedule services with our network of independent licensed clinicians. They cover what we provide, what you agree to, how billing works, and how disputes are handled. Therapy itself is a separate clinical relationship between you and your clinician, governed by additional informed-consent documentation.

By accessing cerevity.com, creating an account, scheduling a consultation, or otherwise using services provided by CEREVITY Health, Inc. ("CEREVITY," "we," "our," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
