If you’re a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with an active Texas license, this is your opportunity to build a flexible, autonomous practice on your terms.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional virtual therapy sessions tailored to each client’s goals
• Complete EHR documentation within 24 hours
• Maintain current schedule availability and licensure status
• Collaborate with the CEREVITY care team as needed

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license from the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (associates/provisionals not accepted)
• Minimum 3 months post-licensure experience
• Availability for 10–20 sessions per week
• Comfortable with EHR systems, video platforms, and digital tools
• Preferred: Experience with high-achievers navigating anxiety, burnout, career transitions, or relationship dynamics
