YOUR FEEDBACK MATTERS
Read reflections from our clients below. When the time is right, we would be grateful to hear about your own experience with us.
Finding My Confidence
Years of self-doubt made it hard for me to speak up at work or try new things. In therapy, I learned how to recognize those negative thoughts and replace them with something kinder. It’s a work in progress, but I’m proud of how much my confidence has grown and how I’m no longer afraid to advocate for myself.

Share Your Experience
Before you write
Your review publishes under the name you enter, so most clients use a first name and a last initial. You do not need to name your clinician, name a diagnosis, or include any clinical detail for a review to be useful to the next person reading it, and we would rather you did not.
What you submit is your own account of your own care. We publish it as written, we do not edit it, and we do not add to it.
Change your mind later and it comes down. Write to us through the contact page and we remove it, no reason needed. Our full confidentiality posture is in the Notice of Privacy Practices and the Privacy Policy.
