Dr. Elick is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in trauma recovery, marriage and couples therapy, attention and concentration difficulties, and recovery from substance use disorders. She works collaboratively to individualize care around each client's unique needs, drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and evidence-based treatments for Posttraumatic Stress Disorder. Throughout her career she has focused on high-performing individuals, including first responders, pilots, executives, active-duty military members, and veterans.
