If you’re a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with an active New York license, this is your opportunity to build a flexible, autonomous practice on your terms.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional virtual therapy sessions tailored to each client’s goals
• Complete EHR documentation within 48 hours
• Maintain current schedule availability and licensure status
• Collaborate with the CEREVITY care team as needed

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT license issued by the New York State Education Department (limited permits not accepted)
• Minimum 1 year post-licensure experience
• Availability for 5–20 sessions per week
• Comfortable with EHR systems, video platforms, and digital tools
• Preferred: Experience with high-achievers navigating anxiety, burnout, career transitions, or relationship dynamics
